According to Turkish Statistical Instiution's (TUİK) announced data the unemployment rate has decreased to 9.1 in July while the expectations were aimed at a rate of 9.3.
The rate receded back to its lowest level since February 2005 with 9.1 in July.
TUİK explained that the rate of unemployment cleaned of seasonality has been 10.1 while it was 10.3 last month.
The number of unemployed is announced to have receded back to 2 million 509 thousand in July 2011 from the 2 million 782 thousand of July 2010. The employment numbers has increased to 24 million 953 thousand from 23 million 478 thousand in this period.
